Orakçı Construction is the first of the companies operating in the Orakçı Companies Group. The Group started its first commercial operation in 1978 with infrastructure works. Orakçı Construction aims to realize projects that will last much longer than their own by keeping the experience and traditions of three generations grown in the sector.

The company has decided to enter into the housing production after many infrastructure and superstructure works that it has carried out in the public and private sectors till 2011.

In the last 10 years, the perception of housing has changed from the notion of local life to the notion of concept project, and desire to live in the projects that combine security and aesthetics with all social opportunities in it has become among the priorities of the people.

During this period, Orakçı Construction has actualized two new concept projects, New Life 1 and New Life 2 Houses with expert design and application team without compromising on quality and comfort and has surpassed the boundaries of Bursa and is about to complete the deliveries of the Triopark Çorlu project in Çorlu, one of the rising and preferred living centers of Tekirdağ. 

Orakçı Construction also completed the construction of Edremit Novada Shopping Center and Orakçı Machinery factory and administrative building simultaneously with the housing projects.
